高速冲压机床可靠性试验平台开发及应用

摘要: 为快速发现高速冲压机床的薄弱环节,实现可靠性增长,设计了其关键子系统——主传动系统的可靠性试验平台。分析了可靠性试验平台的设计要求和功能需求,确定了试验内容;基于开放式架构的思想,以高速冲压机床作为固定机架,进行了可靠性试验平台的硬件设计;基于虚拟仪器技术,设计了可靠性试验平台的各个软件系统。在某企业的试验应用表明,该可靠性试验平台可对不同型号和系列的主传动系统进行可靠性试验,找出主传动系统的薄弱环节,为实现高速冲压机床的可靠性增长提供重要信息。

Abstract: To quickly find the weakness and to realize the reliability growth of the high-speed punch,a reliability test platform of main transmission system which was the crucial subsystem of the high-speed punch was designed.The design requirements,functional requirements of the test platform were analyzed and the test contents were determined.Based on the idea of open architecture,the hardware design was performed for the platform by taking the high-speed punch as frame module.The software system of the reliability test platform was designed based on virtual instrument.By application in a company,the reliability test platform,as a universal reliability test platform of various types and series of main transmission systems,could be used to find the weakness of main transmission system and offer important information for reliability growth of the high-speed punch.
